Following today's reveal that Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser will launch in 2022, it is now featuring on Disney World's digital guide maps.

Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser is represented on the map as a launch bay for the pod that takes you up to the Halcyon starcruiser that will be the base for the 2 day, 2 night adventure.

You can see the maps on both the My Disney Experience app, and on the official Disney World website.

And it’s been confirmed hasn’t it? A female RX droid.

I suppose they could have a screen at the front of the passenger compartment that acts as a 'window' into the front of the craft, showing the driver and his view out the front window.

Presented by invisible fence

I'm sorry, it can be hard to tell a joke online. It actually would be cool to have a themed driver.

Or a self driving vehicle. Not a technological stretch for Star Wars.

It was just a joke. :)

From the looks of the illustrations, passengers will not see the driver. It looks like the passenger compartment of the bus is sealed off from the driver.

ate they letting guests sleep there too?

Florida heat, rain, costumes maybe?

SWGalaxys_Edge1 day ago

no, not "right next to" and there is no walking - its back stage to GE so that will not be happening. Top is the Galactic Starcruiser, bottom is Galaxy's Edge.

I think they should make everybody walk, just build a themed path. Isn't it right next to Galaxy's Edge? Walking will be faster than waiting for any bus, and should be cheaper.

That's a great idea! I bet people will pay extra for this experience.

People who can't afford the SW hotel can go to Space 220. That's what we are doing. For our family of 4, it's only $80x3+$30, or $300 or so, for a 3hr+ first class space experience, with lots of food provided. Compare that to 3K/night, it's dirt cheap. And we are good after 3 hours. We don't need to be in there all day and night.
