Yeah.. it’s 3. I think having a solid two months between festivals qualifies as a festival free summer.

Summer is more than 2 months.

Wine and dine race weekend ends 11/3, so they could start holidays 11/14 if they wanted to

I think June and July with no festival would qualify as a festival-free summer

Here’s hoping it starts in August and is only 90 days. Festival of the Holidays deserves 2 additional weeks.

Everything i've heard is Food & Wine will begin in August. To me that's still summer.

I sincerely hope not since they should be looking to get the walls down ASAP, but it’s certainly possible.

They'd hold that grand opening for food and wine, right?

I mean, if they can manage to open Communicore within a few months (which they should be able to), they can also offload some cast to the permanent kiosks there. Oh, and start using the World Celebration stage too.

I think the park knows how to operate without it, but I'm not sure the guests do. To ease into it, I think the wise move would be to operate some "summertime stands" in permanent kiosks (brunchcot/donut box, honey bistro, America, odyssey). Like Agua Frescas, cocktails, and snacks maybe? And have live music at America gardens.

I really hope this means all the junk will get pulled off the promenade for the summer. It could be a good experiment to see if the park knows how to operate without a festival propping it up. Another thing to consider is that Epcot merged its ODV/stands department into festivals, so when there is no festivals what happens to all those people.

No dates yet. Flower and garden is just about 90 days this year, so it'll be interesting to see if food and wine gets knocked back to 90 days as well (August-November) like the old days. My bet is 7/25 or 8/1

Wait…?! I thought that’s when they celebrated the “Festival of Heat and Humidity”…?! 🤔 ;)
