    our manhattan starts with a classic recipe of four roses small batch bourbon, dolin vermouth, and bitters. it is then aged in an oak barrel until we deem ready. the cocktail you will enjoy is one of the smoothest manhattans made. garnished with brandied cherries

    a play on the pre-prohibition cocktail created at the detroit athletic club. we age st.augustine gin in oak barrels with chartreuse and luxardo maraschino liqueur. finished with fresh lime juice and served up

  • moscow mule
    circa 1940, california - a classic born on the sunset strip at the cock 'n' bull restaurant. we offer three different versions of this classic! effen mule made with effen vodka, cucumber mule made with effen cucumber vodka, and kicks like a mule made with jim beam bourbon. all of our mules are served with fresh lime juice and fever tree ginger beer with crusted ice in a classic ice in a classic copper mug
