Kevin Brassard, an original cast member of the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at Walt Disney World, recently attended the premiere of "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny."

On the red carpet, he had the opportunity to meet Harrison Ford. Alongside fellow Disney stunt performer Michele Waitman, Kevin enjoyed the premiere and connected with stars and creatives from the Indiana Jones franchise.

Starting his Disney journey years ago, Kevin began in the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue before becoming the first Indiana Jones stunt actor and performed in the show’s debut on August 25, 1989 in the presence of George Lucas. He now serves as the comical "Director" and trains new Indiana Jones performers.

"When I said to him, ‘I’m the man that’s been lucky enough to portray Indiana Jones that you created for the past 34 years,’ he thanked me," Kevin said in awe.

"We so appreciate Disney making this huge dream come true," Kevin said. "We are so proud to be able to represent the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, and what’s even more important to us is that both of us feel so supported by the rest of the cast—they’re so happy we’re here!"

Same here. I think that's all depending on how the new movie does though. If it doesn't do well, then Indy's future in the parks is going to be stored away next to the Ark of the Covenant. :/

That’s awesome!

Wish Disney did more with Indy

Trying to figure out where that photo in WDWMagic's post was taken... Looks like it is completely indoors.

Kevin and Michele were also interviewed by THR at the premiere.

He didn't during the show I attended earlier in January. They also had to cancel both the rooftop chase and the aircraft scenes due to 'technical difficulties.' Still fun to have it back.

Yes he arrives from the roof area

Was there yesterday at 4:55? showing the temple scene was there, although (correct me if I’m wrong) Indy is supposed to fall in from the ceiling via rope? If I’m not making that up in my head that was missing along with what you had mentioned about the pilot.

I was there for one of the last shows of the day on Saturday and they tried several takes to get the Giant boulder to roll out in the temple scene but there were mechanical issues.

mm52200Jan 31, 2022

Most likely just a day of issue. Wouldn’t read too much into it.

Not sure how long this has been going on for, but apparently at least as of yesterday, the opening temple scene is missing, and the pilot in the finale does not go through the prop.

The Rocketeer spent time on Residential Street during the heyday of the movie release, waving to guests on the passing Backlot Tour trams.
