More railing work at Fountain of Nations

Back in September 2009, Fountain of Nations received a new set of perimeter railing that wrapped around three quarters of the fountain. This past week all of the old remaining green railings that occupied the final quarter of the fountain have been removed. The replacements (if any), are not yet installed, but here is a look at the current work in progress.
