City Works Eatery and Pour House is now officially open on the West Side at Disney Springs.

Executives from Disney and Bottleneck Management Inc. marked the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony before opening the restaurant to invited guests.

Billed as Disney Springs' premier sports restaurant and bar, it aims to offer the ultimate viewing experience with its high-definition TVs – including a video wall housing a 168-inch, high-definition video screen complemented by four 110-inch and 12 65-inch screens – and 90 local, regional and global craft beers on draft.

City Works makes 30-40% of its draft beer taps dedicated to local breweries and eight wines on draft. It also offers a seasonally changing cocktail menu and a fully stocked bar, plus a whiskey list. Guests can enjoy Happy Hour specials, including $2 off well drinks, local craft beers and glasses of wine, and $7 bar bites Monday through Thursday 3-6 pm. Drink specials also are available 10pm - midnight.

The restaurant features three full-service bars, two of which provide covered, open-air dining along the patio, and a drinks to-go window.

Located next to the NBA Experience across from House of Blues, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday 11 a.m.-midnight, Friday 11 a.m.-1 a.m., Saturday 10:30 a.m.-1 a.m. and Sunday 10:30 a.m.-midnight. It also offers brunch dishes on the weekends 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

City Works is on the Disney Dining Plan at one entitlement. Reservations through My Disney Experience, online and via OpenTable begin March 9. View the full menu here.

We ate there Sunday on an impromptu trip to property (we were staying in Fort Pierce). The food was great and my strawberry lemonade cider was excellent. Decent price point too (for Disney). I'll be dining here again.

Is it Is it just me, or is the majority of the outdoor table and bar seating not covered?

Oh” a Sports bar how original! I was hoping for a restaurant called slaters. With nothing but surfing. And the best food ever made. And live wsl on the big big big” screens. Waitresses in bikinis. Some locals in a enclosed glass room showing you how to shape. The best stick. Air brush. And glass. And shape and design your own Fins. Then go to typhoon lagoon for a session.. now” your talking mate. Slaters.. the only place to be. And sorry no wimpy golfers allowed! !!
