Sneak Peek from Disney and Pixar's 'Lightyear' coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

A sneak peek from Disney and Pixar's "Lightyear" is coming to Walt Disney Presents at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

The preview begins Friday May 20 2022 where guests can get an early look at scenes from Disney and Pixar's newest sci-fi adventure.

Lightyear is the origin story of Buzz Lightyear, the hero who inspired the toy, and follows the legendary Space Ranger on an intergalactic adventure alongside a group of ambitious recruits and his robot companion Sox.

Disney and Pixar's "Lightyear" arrives in theaters June 17, 2022.

Space could have been better used showing more behind the scenes stuff. Maybe showed more detailed animatronics, projection mapping, and other special effects that have debuted around the world. The Walt exhibit in front has gone a bit stale. There's more to his story than being told there that would hold visitor's attention.

Does anybody actually see the previews when they're at the parks? If I wanted to watch a clip from an upcoming movie, I'd just go on YouTube.

I have to say (and I know I'm several years late on this), the marquee for this preview center is actually quite well done. They could have done much worse. As long as they keep the exhibits intact, I'm okay with this being here.
