It is being widely reported that Walt Disney World will host the 2023 Out & Equal Workplace Summit, billed as the largest LGBTQ+ conference in the world.
According to the Out & Equal website, the event attracts more than 5,000 attendees annually, and brings together executives, professionals, and experts working for LGBTQ+ equality. Over more than 20 years, Summit has become the preferred place to network and share strategies that create inclusive workplaces where everyone belongs and where LGBTQ+ employees can be out and thrive.
The event is scheduled from September 11 through September 14 2023, and Michael Chamberlain, chief marketing officer for Out & Equal, has confirmed to news outlets that Walt Disney World will be the host venue for both 2023 and 2024.
Walt Disney World is a major Out & Equal partner alongside other large organizations, including Apple, DELL, Bank of America, and Uber. Disney is listed as a Titanium partner, the highest level.
