At Magic Kingdom in November, hours on certain days have been reduced from a 9pm to an 8pm close.

At Disney's Animal Kingdom, operating hours have been extended to 8pm October 20 - 23 and 27 -30 2021.

In addition, operating hours are now available for all Walt Disney World theme parks through December 22 2021.

Those won’t be the Christmas hours…

Compared to what we've grown accustomed to during our previous Christmas visits, these holiday hours are pitiful. Eleven o'clock opening at EPCOT? The day is already half over before the gates open. Nine o'clock opening at MK on Christmas morning? That's three hours later than in the past. I hope that this will improve significantly. If not, it will be just another instance of paying more and getting much less. Magical.

MK and DHS being open 9am-9pm is insane for Christmas week. That used to be their regular operating hours before they started cutting back. The fact that they think 12 hours is enough time in the parks during the busiest week of the year is ridiculous. Edited to add - and it's also the most expensive time to go! Tickets are pricier for what, another hour of park time?

Right. Because it stays open until just after dark for the Beacons of Magic on the Tree of Life. The question is, will it remain until 8pm the week of November 7 and later or will it return to 7pm? We go back to standard time then. Answered my own question: Back to 7pm.

Had to pop in! : Disney now lists AK being open until 8pm the third week of October (through 23rd for now), and I am over the moon about it! :D

Patiently waiting for hours for December so we can actually make plans. Hopefully they are out before 60 days

As aforementioned, always an issue but currently under control(ish) due to the charter buses whose contracts just got extended again. I suspect they’ll be around through at least the end of the year

We will be there 9:30a-10p next month, which is actually longer than in days of yore for us. We avoided MEMH there because it made that park unbearably crowded. So it was always 9-9 for us. 7:30 at DAK will be painful….but worth it for FOP.

Personally I love a 10 am opening at Epcot. Kind of a forced sleep-in day for us! :D

Bus staffing is an issue. The hours they are giving us is the most they will give. Once they get the busing situation under control, they’ll revert to 9-9 instead of 10-10.

Is the bus driver staffing still a big issue? I’d guess it is and is probably the biggest factor needing to have Epcot’s opening staggered compared to the other parks. I hoping that they are able to achieve proper (pre-pandemic) bus levels at some point in the future and return Epcot to an earlier opening. interesting question: when and if Epcot opens at 9am, will they just open WS at that time (even if all the stores/restaurants aren’t open)? Or will they still have it blocked between France and Norway?
