This weekend Walt Disney World hosts the third annual "Disney's Princess Half Marathon Weekend". As well as the increased number of guests at the resort, there will also be some impact to transport due to road closures.
The following road impacts are expected to occur on Sunday February 26 2012, but as always, are subject to change.
- Epcot center Drive from Buena Vista Drive to World Drive will be closed from 4am to 9:30am.
- Parts of Floridian Way will be operating a single lane from 5:30am to 9:30am.
- World Drive from Buena Vista Drive to the Magic Kingdom will be closed from 5am to 8am.
- World Drive from Topiary Lane to beyond the Contemporary will be operating a single lane from 5am to 8:30am.
- World Drive from Seven Seas Drive to Epcot Center Drive will be closed from 5am to 10am.
All roads are expected to be in normal operation by 10am.
