Happily Ever After makes its long-awaited return at Magic Kingdom tonight, and guests are being greeted today with an attraction poster and updated guide map.

The Happily Ever After poster is displayed on both sides of the Main Street U.S.A. tunnel.

An updated guide map lists Happily Ever After's return on April 3 at 9pm.

Elsewhere, the 50th medallion on Cinderella Castle has been removed to make way for the original castle projections.

That song has to be to Disney Fairytale Weddings as YMCA is to the YMCA or Margaritaville to Margaritaville.

Jordan Fisher & Angie Keilhauer both performed the HEA theme song live at MK! There was a 35th anniversary event for Disney's Fairytale Weddings the other night (2/19).

Yea, IIRC the projector on one side broke, so they turned off the projector on the other side as well to make it less noticeable. Hopefully it gets brought back eventually, it’s been a while!

It is interesting though be mode for Disneyland involves low level Pyro and no high-level Pyro, and apparently Magic Kingdom has the opposite policy.

I wonder what happened to the main street projectors on the 1st half of main street, they've been gone for over a year now, seems like they were removed?

cjkeatingFeb 06, 2026

I am sure this has been discussed but... I assume the new colour scheme will allow them to go back to the original projections that weren't modified to fit around the 50th medallion on the castle?

Oh maybe - are they cutting castle pyro for construction? There have been a few days where it got cut because of the weather I think. One day last week there was no pyro at all for Luminous

Thanks! I was thinking it was related to the Painting somehow.

I get no Castle Pyro but no Fantasyland Pyro?

wtyy21Feb 06, 2026

A few days ago, HEA was shown without any castle pyro for the first time in many years.

Hopefully, then we won't wonder about HEA.
