I am a little unclear on this. There was a permit filed a few months ago for 1560 & 1570 E Buena Vista Drive which is the old BET and Adventurer's Club locations, C12 and C13 on my landings map. The owner is Patina Resturant Group who is the same company that is doing Morimoto. I already had C12 listed as Kinetescape Steam & Power which are the people who did the Edison. Other documents I have seen for the Edison put it in Adventurers club as well as underground in from of AC.

I believe Edison is taken up both if what I heard is right.

What is going into the old Soundstage building?

I am pleased with most of the new tenants, but Blaze Pizza? Gimme a break. Bland, boring, trendy chain. Missed opportunity to put a unique pizza place there.

My apologies, thought we were talking Edison :)

Not sure if this was a response to me and @Mouse Detective, but we were talking about STK.

Edison is going into Adventurers Club building.

danlb_2000May 28, 2015

Yes, that is where it is supposed to be going.

Mouse DetectiveMay 28, 2015

I think they just started building it where Comedy Warehouse used to be.

On our last trip, I thought that I noticed some work being done to the back of the old Adventurer's Club. There are also walls up in front of it. Has there been work going on there at all? It's so hard to tell since there is pretty much construction in so many places down there right now.

danlb_2000May 23, 2015

I don't know, it's not clear to me if they have actually started to built it yet or not.
