The Disney Springs Christmas Tree Trail, now in its second year, is bigger than before and now also includes Santa's Chalet.

Located in the Marketplace on the former bus stop area, the 2017 Tree Trail adds 10 new trees, including Disney classics such as Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, Snow White and Dumbo.

Santa's Chalet has made the move from the center of the Marketplace to the Tree Trail, but still keeps the same virtual queue.

Santa's meet and greet is available November 10 to December 24 2017, Monday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday, 10am to 10pm.

The Tree Trail is open daily through to January 7 2018 from 12pm to 10pm.

So no drone show this year?

peter11435Nov 20, 2017

Yes to the tree trail. I don't think the rest of the decor is bad or "cheap" looking.

So just as bad or "cheap" looking as last year?

One time only as part of Intel’s launch event for the product. Expect to see drones in future park shows though.

Still working out the kinks! ;)

But but where are the drones?????

Do they still have that strange tree at The Landing stage?

DisoneNov 15, 2017

Hmmmm. I was underwhelmed. Some areas are nice but most of it is underwhelming. The town center tree is very nice. And I loved these reindeer.... Speaking of reindeer I would love to see an entire section done in this steampunk motif. Now all that said and done, some of the areas do feel rather sparse. Overall I feel like the holiday decorations at Disney Springs falls into that Disney trap of most everything is either a large tree, Garland or a wreath. They do have some nice vignettes, but overall there's not really a wow factor to their decorations.

I've expressed my displeasure with the tree trail in the past. But, outside of that I think Disney springs is quite nicely decorated. I certainly wouldn't call the decorations throughout the marketplace, landing, and town center to be minimal. But that's just my opinion.

The decorations at Disney Springs are minimum at best. The Christmas tree trail is pathetic - it should be a magical walk in the forest, not a Home Depot project with a $1000 budget. Nothing is better.

M•A•C Snow Ball event coming to Disney Springs this weekend

ToTBellHopNov 15, 2017

Please. Disney uses contractors. They went to Home Depot.

Varies by time of day, but 60 minutes or less.
