Disney are about to begin another phase in the upgrade of their computer systems, and it's expected there may be an outage similar to those which occurred last month with room reservations, dining reservations, and room charging disruption. The work is set to begin at 5:30pm on Tuesday December 14 2010, with it expected to be completed on Wednesday morning.
