Payment processing vendor glitch is impacting Walt Disney World Annual Passholders using monthly payments

Disney has issued an update in the My Disney Experience app for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders using the monthly payment option who did not see a payment processed in late November 2023.

According to the update, a recent technical issue with a third-party payment vendor led to a delay in processing preauthorized payments for the monthly payment program between November 18-27, 2023.

Disney says that normal processing of payments will resume this week. This includes charging payment cards for delayed payments, which might take up to five business days to reflect in accounts. The issue did not impact those who paid in full for their Annual Pass.

For monthly payment program members affected by this delay, the payment schedule will continue as usual from the next scheduled payment date.

I wonder how many of their systems this effected. I got the AP one above last night via email, and a similar one on Friday for the Movie Club (timing looks the same b/c it mentions before the 17th)
