The
official Disney Blog today confirmed that the Kona Island Sushi bar that has been open for a trial period over the last few months will remain as a permanent addition to the dining options at Disney's Polynesian Resort. The 20 seat eatery serves coffee and pastries during the morning and daytime, and switches to the Sushi Bar at 5pm.
