Here is a latest look at the demolition work taking place at the former Skyway Station in Fantasyland. When complete, the building will be repurposed as area restrooms, freeing up the existing restrooms next to Peter Pan's Flight for use in an expanded interactive queuing area.  There is speculation that the new restroom area will have a "Princess and the Frog" theme, a long with a new walkway to enter the area.
