Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Disney's Hollywood Studios appears to be suffering from another round of technical issues resulting in frequent closures
Guests have been reporting sporadic operation over the last week, and the ride has been down for a significant amount of time according to My Disney Experience. The ride is currently closed as of time of writing.
Oddly, the ride went through a similar issue during the same week in 2021 where the attraction suffered a week-long total closure.
The ride was last refurbished in late 2016, and has since suffered some unplanned closures due to technical difficulties with the launch system. Although we don't know for sure, it is likely this current closure is related.
