Complimentary park admission for guests affected by volcanic ash flight cancellations

To assist travelers stranded in the Central Florida area as a result of the volcanic eruption and resulting flight disruption, Walt Disney World Resort is providing complimentary one-day Park Hopper tickets into a Theme Park or Water Park on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 20 and 21. Guests must simply show a cancelled plane ticket, e-ticket or expired boarding pass (for European regions impacted by the volcano) as well as proper photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license entry into the Park for that day.Guests must initially pay for parking at the Theme Park Auto Plaza but may take their parking ticket to Guest Relations for a refund. This offer is open to all Guests who experienced a delayed flight to Europe. This includes citizens of any country, including the U.S
