This World Wish Day, Walt Disney World Resort has unveiled its newly redesigned specialty Florida license plate benefitting Make-A-Wish children and families throughout the state.

Walt Disney World Resort and Make-A-Wish America just granted the 150,000th Disney-inspired wish to 16-year-old Mikayla from Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. who began her battle fighting cancer three years ago. Mikayla and her family were surprised with being Grand Marshals during the Festival of Fantasy Parade at Magic Kingdom, where they helped reveal the new license plate.

Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary license plate raised over $1.5 million since its debut in 2021, helping Make-A-Wish create memories for families and children with life-threatening medical conditions.

More details on the new speciality Walt Disney World license plate are still to be announced.

Personally I think I liked the 50th plate better (also for a make-a-wish), but this is still nice, I'm glad this is continuing.

I did my tag registration mid August and am still awaiting my personalized plate (just have a random 50th one right now). I wonder if with the timing if I'll get the 50th or this (I'm fine either way)

Not sure how anyone could complain about this. And it's even a nice design.

Can't we just let this be a nice thing and leave it at that?

Watch out, DeSantis might come after this for disney being too woke about children with horrible illness who are mooching off other people for vacations
