Disney Dreams that Soar viewed from the West Side
Posted: Friday June 7, 2024 1:10pm ET by WDWMAGIC Staff

Disney Springs has confirmed that "Disney Dreams That Soar" will not be performed for guests on Monday, June 10, 2024.

The cancellation is due to a media event at Disney Springs, which will occupy the show's usual viewing area on the West Side.

The drone show is planned to be performed for the media at some point during the evening, but guests will not have access to the viewing area. While it is possible to see the show from other areas of Disney Springs, we recommend visiting another night and securing a position in the intended viewing location.

"Disney Dreams That Soar" is set to return to its regular schedule of 9 pm and 10:45 pm on June 11 and will continue through September 2, 2024.

The thing is like 9 minutes long… …the thing is like 9 minutes long Don’t make the piracy so “normal”, please?

Disney would be charging more than $120/person for a dessert party. I'd say that $25/person for guaranteed seating is more than fair. Whether you pay for food and drink is on you and that is separate.

I can maybe see $25 per table but $25 a person?!? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Or any nighttime show for that matter at AK. And we need drones that rise up for the “I See The Light” segments in HEA and Luminous!

I’m waiting for the sequel show, Disney Dreams that Roar to debut over the Asia Lake at AK.

A Christmas version perhaps?

I’m sure an extension is possible if it’s still popular by late summer or perhaps a Christmas return.

Before the Official Announcement, we thought Drones were ready for a Park. Whether This Show went to DS for Safety or to help DS IDK, but it's paying off! I really wish Dreams That Soar could stay at DS! Does Everything really need a Park Ticket???????

Something I found very interesting. In the imagineering video about music a couple of weeks ago, during the part about this show, the writer of the song says "I just imagine my daughter hearing the song in the park". Was this show originally meant for one of the parks and was moved to Springs, or what it just him misspeaking? If it was originally meant for a park, I wonder which one.

1 hour before for good spots, 30 min before for a spot for the first show. 30 min wait for good spots, 15 min for a spot for the second show. This show gets my stamp of approval, I hope something similar to this is added to AK.
