Construction walls have gone up on Discovery Island at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

The walls are located across from Pizzafari on the walkway heading towards Pandora - The World of AVATAR.

The area was previously empty walkway, with landscaping blocking the view to backstage. It appears that the construction area extends beyond the walkway into backstage areas.

YaY! More construction walls!!!!! WDW is really good at putting up the construction walls. It's the "actually finishing the work and taking down the walls" the need to improve..

Is this covering the Lion King Photo Op or the Service gate? I seem to remember a sentiment of wanting a more permanent DVC kiosk in this area (even though there already is one just down by Starbucks) so I could see that.
