Today saw the first performance of the modified 'Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade' at the Magic Kingdom. The parade has been reduced in length, and sees the removal of the princess floats (although one third of the old unit is expected to return). Princess Tiana and Naveen have been added to the finale castle float. With last year's removal of the villains unit and show stops, the parade run time has been reduced from 15 minutes to around 6 minutes. Video of the original parade on opening day can be seen here.

Here is a look at the parade from today with no edits.
