A new service called 'Concierge Club Connection' is about to be tested at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The new service gives guests personalized assistance during their vacation via phone, emaiil and text. Access to dining reservations, and park information will all be available from 7am to 10pm, with messaging service outside these hours.
The test period is to begin on Sunday 26 June for periods of time through to late July. Participating guests are pre-selected and for a limited number of groups, so you will not be able to request this service at this time.
