"As Close to a Perfect Resort as I've experienced"

Boardwalk Villas was an amazing resort. We had the pleasure of staying with our family in a two-bedroom suite for two nights in late April 2012. The resort is truly beautiful and fun. The location is easily the best part. It's fun being able to just walk down to the Boardwalk and take in the sights and sounds, or grab a bite to eat. You're also a short walk or boat ride away from Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or the Beach/Yacht Club offerings. We had a room that overlooked the lake and it provided a spectacular view including an opportunity to see some of the pyrotechnics from Epcot's IllumiNations at night. Our room was exceptionally clean and in great condition, and we loved the decor as if you were at an upscale Atlantic City resort in the early 20th century. The one criticism is the size including the walk from the parking lot if you have a car. But thankfully, the majority of the trek is indoors in the air conditioning. It did, however, seem to slow the response of our luggage delivery. Very small criticism though. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here a few times. It is a busy place and good for getting food to eat!! There are eateries as well as a shop to buy provisions. The great advantage is that you can walk in to Epcot or the Studios ---there`s no traffic. Or you can get a boat. So great if you don`t have a car. There are buses to the other locations. You can watch the Epcot fireworks from the resort.
Some guests don`t like the fact that their rooms can be a walk from their car. It`s worth a visit!!
We like the gym as well.
