I absolutely loved this show! I was so sad to see it end! Everytime I watched I got chills and wound up with tears in my eyes. It was a great telling of the story of Pocahontas. I wish they would resurrect this show and replace the current Pocahontas show at AK with it.

This show based on the film "Pocahontas" played at the Backlot Theater for about a year. The show was set up as a Native American cerimony retelling the film. Pocahontas and John Smith made appearences to sing some of the film's songs, as did Grandmother Willow, who was portrayed as a puppet like the one at the Pocahontas show at the Animal Kingdom. The show also featured lots of speical effects from fire to trap doors to a real waterfall on stage. Nice show but probably should have stayed in the park longer than it did.
