Primeval Whirl remains closed at Disney's Animal Kingdom
Sep 15, 2011 | 4:13pm EDT
Although expected to reopen today after an almost nine month refurbishment, Primeval Whirl remains closed at Disney's Animal Kingdom with construction walls still up around the attraction. Cars have been cycling on the track for the last couple of weeks, so work is certainly taking place at the coaster. No word yet on a revised reopening date.
