September 27, 2008 marked the last night as a nighttime entertainment complex. BET Soundstage, Comedy Warehouse, The Adventurer's Club, Motion, and Mannequin's all cosed.
Hyperion Wharf
Announced November 18 2010, a new 120 acre water front district called "
Hyperion Wharf" will take the place of the existing Pleasure Island at the heart of Downtown Disney to be completed in 2013. Along with a whole new look will be 1500 new restaurant seats, new shopping and new entertainment offerings.
