2012 The Year of More Magic - 'a special surprise announcement on New Year's Eve'

An interesting article has just popped up on the official Walt Disney World site giving some details about what is coming to the parks in 2012.  Titled "2012: The Year of More Magic", the article doesn't give much away beyond what is widely known, but there is one very interesting sentence in the opening paragraph.
