Main feature pool at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to close for lengthy refurbishment in early 2024

From January 2024 through late March 2024, the Fuentes del Morro Pool at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will be closed for routine maintenance.

Disney is advising guests staying at the resort that they may see or hear construction work during daytime hours.

During the closure of the main pool, guests are welcome to swim in any of the 5 leisure pools at Disney Caribbean Beach Resort hotel.

Thanks for the update. Walked through the resort and the pool was CRAZY busy. Good that they finally got it back up and running!

From the same page, as of this morning CBR main pool has reopened to guests.

I follow a Facebook page for CBR because of our upcoming late April. Someone posted pics supposedly from yesterday. Pool still closed but it is filled with water. Likely trying to get the chemicals balanced.

I did enjoy the Skyliner the last time I stayed, especially walking around the Riviera and having a bite to eat there.

weve Not stayed here either but I do really love the theming of the resort. Also love the convenience of the Skyliner. But it is HUGE! Even just the walk from the skyliner to Sebastian’s seemed quite a hike. Am also not a big fan of the internal buses/multiple stops going and returning from the parks. We stayed at OKW last year and love the resort, but will likely not stay here again unless we have a car For the same reasons that CBR has.
