This industry report provides the best guide to theme park attendance worldwide, giving estimates of attendance change year on year. View full report PDF. Disney does not provide any official attendance figures, so this report represents the only published estimate of attendance figures.
The Magic Kingdom continues as the world's most visited theme park, with just over 18.5 million guests in 2013, a rise of 6% from 2012. Epcot saw a rise of 1.5% to just over 11.2 million guests, Disney's Hollywood Studios was up 2% to 10.1 million guests, and Disney's Animal Kingdom saw a boost of 2% up to nearly 10.2 million guests.
Over at the water parks, both Typhoon Lagoon Blizzard Beach saw 2% rises in attendance, with Typhoon Lagoon receiving 2.1 million visits, and Blizzard Beach just under 2 million. Worldwide, Typhoon Lagoon lost its number 1 water park spot to Chimelong Waterpark in China, which saw a massive boost of 34% to take the most visited water park spot.
