* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR... SOUTH CENTRAL LAKE COUNTY IN FLORIDA SOUTHWESTERN ORANGE COUNTY IN FLORIDA

* UNTIL 430 PM EDT.

* AT 342 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 65 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED NEAR OAKLAND AND NEAR FERNDALE... AND MOVING EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE... BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO... WINTER GARDEN... HORIZON WEST... OCOEE... WINDERMERE... BAY LAKE... PINE HILLS... BAY HILL... ORLOVISTA... DOCTOR PHILLIPS... UNIVERSAL STUDIOS... WET N WILD WATER PARK... COLLEGE PARK... SEA WORLD... OAK RIDGE... ORLANDO AND PINE CASTLE

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 58 MILES AN HOUR AND OR LARGE DESTRUCTIVE HAIL. FREQUENT TO EXCESSIVE LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. IF THE STORM APPROACHES YOU... SEEK SHELTER IN AN ENCLOSED BUILDING ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. KEEP AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
