Here is the latest filming schedule for the upcoming ABC Holiday Specials to air on ABC and Disney Channel.

  • Friday November 3 - Disney's Hollywood Studios
  • Saturday November 4 - Disney's Animal Kingdom
  • Sunday November 5 - Magic Kingdom
  • Monday November 6 - Magic Kingdom
  • Tuesday November 7 - Magic Kingdom

As always, schedules are subject to change.

Following on from last year's new format, there will be multiple shows, set to air throughout the holiday season, in November and December. Airing dates are still to be announced.

Like last year, no parade will be filmed at Walt Disney World, but stage show performances including musical acts will be filmed in Florida. The parade will be filmed at Disneyland Resort in California.

Tickets will not be made available to guests, with Cast Members filling in the audience as extras. It may be possible to see parts of the filming from guest areas however.

Its really interesting to see how many of these floats have been recycled or are still in their original form still in use.

Maybe the snowglobe was accompanied by one of those serial killer letters with magazine clippings used to spell out "You're going on a cruise with Mickey"

ToTBellHopNov 29, 2017

That was what I watched for lol. Kept skipping the musical acts and feel-good pieces. Granted those feel-good pieces really did involve kids doing amazing things. I would’ve been confused getting a snow globe of the Castle to alert me that I’m getting a free cruise though.

I feel old as well!! Highlights? Not many, but pretty cool preview of Toy Story Land..

It’s pretty dreadful. Bunch of teenie boppers I don’t recognize, but that’s Disney Channel. Raven’s still there though. She must be about 55 by now. I feel old.

Nah, those artists don't contribute to Disney's bottom line, and that's all that the former-live-Christmas-Parade-turned-90-minute-pre-recorded-infomercial is about these days.

Shooting is what I see as breaking news every third day on CNN. I am happy with filming.
