Universal Orlando Holidays return November 14 through January 3, 2027, with décor and entertainment spread across all three theme parks, CityWalk, and the resort's 11 hotels.
This year brings a first for Universal Epic Universe: holiday décor arrives in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk for the first time.

Universal Orlando Holidays Dates
The celebration runs November 14, 2026 through January 3, 2027. Everything below is included with regular theme park admission unless noted otherwise.
Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Christmas returns to all three Wizarding World locations this year:
- Hogsmeade at Universal Islands of Adventure
- Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida
- Ministry of Magic at Universal Epic Universe
Each land gets festive lights and décor, with holiday entertainment at select spots. In Hogsmeade, you can catch "The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle," a nighttime projection show on Hogwarts castle built around holiday moments from the Harry Potter films.
Grinchmas in Seuss Landing
Seuss Landing at Universal Islands of Adventure turns into Grinchmas territory. You can catch the "Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular," a live stage show based on "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." You can also meet The Grinch and walk through the Who-Ville Tree Lot.
Universal's Holiday Parade Featuring Macy's
This nightly parade runs through Universal Studios Florida with balloons and floats built around characters from Illumination's Despicable Me and DreamWorks Animation's Shrek and Madagascar, plus holiday favorites. The parade ends with a Christmas tree lighting led by Santa Claus.
New This Year: Holiday Décor at Epic Universe
For the first time, Universal Epic Universe gets holiday décor in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk. Celestial Park also returns as a cosmic winter wonderland, with holiday displays running throughout the day at the Cosmos Fountain.
Universal Holiday Tour (Separately Ticketed)
If you have park-to-park access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, you can add the Universal Holiday Tour. It's a two-and-a-half-hour guided tour that includes:
- A meet-and-greet with The Grinch
- A meet-and-greet with Max, the Grinch's dog
- Reserved seating for "The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular"
- A meet-and-greet with Santa Claus
- Reserved viewing for Universal's Holiday Parade featuring Macy's (optional)
The tour runs select dates from November 14, 2026 through January 2, 2027. Pricing starts at $69.99 per person plus tax. Annual and Seasonal Passholders get a $10 discount per ticket.
Holiday Fun at Universal CityWalk
The Red Coconut Club transforms into the Green and Red Coconut Club, with live entertainment, seasonal cocktails, and holiday décor.
Holiday Festivities at Universal Orlando Hotels
All 11 Universal Orlando hotels get their own holiday décor, tied to each hotel's theme, along with special menus and activities like menorah lighting ceremonies, Christmas tree lightings, and strolling carolers. Staying on-site during Universal Orlando Holidays also gets you Early Park Admission and free transportation to the parks.
