Orlando International Airport is expanding its dining and retail lineup again. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority has approved Phase 2 of the airport's multi-year Concession Master Plan, adding a new mix of restaurants and shops to Terminals A and B. The project is part of a larger effort to modernize the airport and improve the experience for more than 57 million travelers each year.
Phase 2 brings a wider range of options, including more Central Florida favorites and several national brands that are already popular with MCO visitors.
GOAA CEO Lance Lyttle said the multi-phase plan supports the goal of creating an experience that feels welcoming and distinctly tied to Central Florida. He emphasized a balance of local flavors with familiar national names as the airport updates its concessions over the next several years.

The updated lineup includes a mix of quick-service, specialty, and healthier dining concepts:

How Phase 2 Fits Into MCO's Long-Term Plan
The Concession Master Plan is divided into three phases. Each phase redevelops food, beverage, and retail spaces across Terminals A and B to introduce more local restaurants, healthier choices, and places that reflect Central Florida's character.
Phase 1, announced in December 2024, introduced more than 40 new locations, including Otto's High Dive, Stasio's, Smoke & Donuts, Kelly's Ice Cream, and 4Rivers. Construction preparations are underway, with openings planned from Summer 2026 through Late 2028.
Across all three phases, more than 200,000 square feet of guest space will be redeveloped.

Part of a Much Larger Transformation
The new restaurants are one part of the airport's broader modernization program. The $5.9 billion Capital Improvement Plan includes major upgrades throughout Terminals A and B:
- Renovated and expanded restrooms
- New flooring and seating
- Baggage claim improvements
- Gate area enhancements
- New parking capacity
- A new gates wing on Airside 2
- New Gate Link trams for Airsides 2 and 4
