Ok that makes more sense. So the cheapest package is up from $100 to $120. Thankfully this will be our last visit before my kids age out 😂 I think it was $70 the first time we did it in 2016.

This just looks like a price increase. I'm not sure there's a substantial change here otherwise.
To my previous point, for a stretch there was generally availability 5 days out from the current day. Now there isn't, so something has changed.

New cast member costumes as well. Looks a little too much like a train conductor to me but I get why they made the change.
