Walt Disney World has released a new summer room discount for 2026, offering savings of up to 30% at select Disney Resort hotels for stays most nights from May 1 through July 29, 2026.
The discount increases with the length of your stay. You'll save up to 30% when you book 5 or more consecutive nights, and up to 25% for stays of 1 to 4 consecutive nights. The exact savings percentage varies by resort.

How the Discount Works
The offer operates on a tiered system based on both your length of stay and which resort you choose. Here's how the savings break down:
Highest Tier (Up to 30% Savings):
- 30% off for 5+ nights
- 25% off for 1-4 nights
This tier includes deluxe resorts and Disney Vacation Club properties like Bay Lake Tower, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Second Tier (Up to 25% Savings):
- 25% off for 5+ nights
- 20% off for 1-4 nights
This tier includes Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.
Third Tier (Up to 20% Savings):
- 20% off for 5+ nights
- 15% off for 1-4 nights
This tier covers value resorts like Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort Family Suites, and the campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.
Fourth Tier (Up to 15% Savings):
- 15% off for 5+ nights
- 10% off for 1-4 nights
This tier applies only to The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.
Which Resorts Are Included
The summer room discount covers most Disney Resorts Collection hotels, but not all room types qualify. The offer excludes 3-bedroom villas, moderate and deluxe resort suites, cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, and bungalows and villas at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
Booking Details
You can book this offer now. If you already have a summer 2026 reservation, you may be able to apply this discount to your existing booking.
The number of rooms available at these discounted rates is limited. You'll need to make advance reservations, and all stays must be consecutive nights to qualify.
The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, with one exception: you can use it alongside the 2026 Kids Dining Plan Offer.
Additional charges may apply if you have more than 2 adults per room at Disney Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Resorts, as well as Studios at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts.
