Disney World Freeze Damage: Landscaping Cleanup Underway - February 2026

Disney World horticulture teams are removing dead and freeze-damaged landscaping across the property following the late January cold outbreak. Disney's Polynesian Village Resort was particularly hard hit, with tropical foliage killed by the historic freeze. Photos by WDWMAGIC
