The new Zootopia Annual Passholder magnet is now available at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and here's your first look at the design.

The magnet features Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde on an orange background with the Walt Disney World logo. The design reads "annual passholder" along the bottom.

Passholders can pick up the complimentary magnet through March 15, 2026, while supplies last.

How to Get the Magnet

Head to Discovery Trading Company during regular park operating hours to claim your magnet. You'll need to show your valid Annual Pass card, linked MagicBand, MagicBand+, or Disney MagicMobile pass along with a government-issued photo ID.

Each Passholder can claim one magnet. You must be present to receive yours.

Park Entry Requirements

To enter Animal Kingdom, you'll need valid admission and a theme park reservation for that day. You can also visit after 2:00 PM or on good-to-go days without a reservation. Blockout dates apply.

Zootopia at Animal Kingdom

While you're at the park, check out the new Zootopia: Better Zoogether! 4-D show in the Tree of Life Theater. You can also meet Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde at the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot.

The magnet promotion runs through March 15, 2026, at Discovery Trading Company.

Disney has shared a first look at the Nick and Judy Annual Passholder magnet:

Probably true, but don't forget the concept of "Battlin' Business Units," where each division trumps up costs and internally bill one another to justify staff and office space.

But those layers of bureaucracy are also on salary, so it’s not costing the company more. Also, I wouldn’t be surprised if the designs are templetized and fully reliant on existing art, which would speed up the process dramatically

Made in China for pennies

Fair enough...but don't forget the seven layers of bureaucracy...

It’s a cheap marketing exercise. For less than the cost of a billboard, you have a giant number of cars in the area advertising a brand. Meanwhile, the passholders get a warm and fuzzy feeling when they get a freebie that cost the company pennies. You don’t know a thing about business, do you?

Assume that it cost a lot less than that because Disney has both the artists on staff and the print shop on site.

Here's a free piece of advice. Don't go into business. If you don't understand why you should keep your best customers happy and returning to your business then you will go bankrupt pretty quickly.

Actually, it IS perfect -- they use the magnet as a gift because they want the Annual Passholders to ... wait for it ... stick around.

Figure an hour of an artist's time to whip up a design ($250), three weeks of executive scrutiny ($62,478), and a minimum order of 5,000 magnets ($4680 at Sticker Mule) and you come up with $67,408.

On the contrary, i see little point in rewarding locals anymore than the generous perks they already get. This money could be better spent elsewhere. I don't really the business idea behind it. Which local is going to have the warm fuzzy feeling after getting a magnet? Locals just want year round access at the lowest cost possible, bring in their home made food, use the trash cans, use Disney as a make shift garden for their kids to play around, watch some fireworks, but ultimately cause crowding and deter high spending tourists. All perks should and must be removed for them. Alternative you could look at it, that a magnet as a gift is so pitiful that it's actually perfect metaphor.
