Walt Disney World has updated park hours for the week of June 28 2026, with Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios all getting extended closing times ahead of the July 4 holiday.
The biggest change is Magic Kingdom on July 4 itself, which now runs until midnight – two hours later than previously listed.

Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom sees the most significant updates, with earlier opening times and later closes across multiple dates:
- June 30: 9am–11pm (previously 9am–10pm)
- July 2: 9am–11pm (previously 9am–10pm)
- July 3: 8am–11pm (previously 9am–10pm)
- July 4: 8am–12am (previously 9am–10pm)
Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom gets a single update, with June 30 now running until 7pm instead of 6pm.
Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios picks up an extra hour on two dates:
- June 29: 9am–10pm (previously 9am–9pm)
- June 30: 9am–10pm (previously 9am–9pm)
EPCOT and water parks
EPCOT's hours are now set through July 4, closing at 9pm on the holiday – in line with last year. Despite hosting its July 4 fireworks show across three nights this year, no hour extensions are planned for EPCOT. Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon remain at 10am–8pm throughout the holiday period.
