Mobile Ordering lets you place and pay for your meal in the My Disney Experience app, then pick it up at a designated window without waiting in the regular line. It's used at most quick-service locations across Walt Disney World.
Cloudflare is experiencing major disruptions that have taken multiple high-traffic sites offline today. Disney's own websites appear to be running normally, so it isn't clear if the Mobile Ordering outage is linked or completely unrelated.
For now, only the app-based Mobile Ordering feature appears affected. Restaurant pages, wait times, and the rest of the My Disney Experience app continue to function as usual.
