Disney has updated the My Disney Experience app with an improved search experience. The update arrives in version 8.19.0, released today.
The new search results layout replaces the previous design's small circular thumbnails with larger rectangular preview images. Results now appear as individual cards, giving each listing more visual space.
The previous version displayed search results as a compact list with small round thumbnails alongside attraction names, wait times, and other details. The new design shifts to a card-based format with bigger photos on the right side of each result.
Functional information - including standby wait times, pricing tiers, and closure status - remains visible in the updated layout.
The update is available now on iOS. You can update to version 8.19.0 through the App Store.
