I assume that will still be the case just for logistical reasons. It's much easier than trying to go around and actually kick people out of the park.

Before the pandemic, you could stay on in the parks during evening EMH without being an eligible hotel guest—you just couldn’t get on any attractions. I assume that’ll remain the case going forward, unless they introduce wristbands or some other sort of identifier.

Swan, Dolphin and SoG were added after the initial list was published.

Ah, didn't know that. Apparently the staff at the Swan and Dolphin didn't know it either based on what they told him!

The evening are only for the deluxe resorts; the Disney moderates and values don't get it either.

See I was told we got the Morning EMH but not the evening because we "arent on property" when staying at the Swan and Dolphin.

I get it, but I don't like it. There's always loopholes or workarounds that people try and exploit. That's actually pretty sad that people feel the need to find work arounds to get the most bang for their Disney dollars! I remember when it didn't used to be like that and the perks equaled the price of staying there but I digress...

Ok I know in the olden days, Swan and Dolphin counted in the Early Morning and Evening extra magic hours. Is it still that way????

It does kinda/sorta make an indirect point from another thread here about having the number of park perks commensurate with the cost of the resort. If there were zero perks (not saying I recommend this... it's just an example) for Ft. Wilderness spots, what's mentioned here wouldn't happen. Sliding scale of benefits to cost of accommodations ends up helping to eliminate this 'loophole'.

This is the wording of the email that some resort guests got (my bolded part): We are so excited to welcome you for your upcoming stay! Soon, Guests who stay in the magic at a Disney Resort hotel can enjoy 30 minutes early entry to any Walt Disney World® Theme Park every day as part of the dazzling Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration. We’re excited to share that we will be offering a soft opening of this new benefit during your stay. Beginning September 26th, you will have the opportunity to enjoy 30 minutes early entry to any Walt Disney WorldTheme Park. That’s more time for enchantment at Magic Kingdom® Park. More excitement at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. More adventure at Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. More possibilities at EPCOT®. It’s a great way to jump-start your Disney day, no matter the day! Once you’ve arrived at the main entrance of your desired theme park, be sure to look for the “Early Entry for Participating Hotels” signage to enter the park. A Park reservation and valid ticket or pass for the same Park on the same date and valid Resort ID are required. So yes, just like the old EMH.
