The Disney Adventure reached Port Canaveral today after crossing the Atlantic Ocean from Germany, moving closer to its March 10, 2026 maiden voyage from Singapore.
More than 250 cast members, along with Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, welcomed the ship to Florida. The vessel will continue to Singapore via the Panama Canal, with stops in Los Angeles and Tokyo.
The Disney Adventure will spend nearly two months traveling to its homeport. The ship departs Port Canaveral shortly and sails through the Panama Canal before stopping in Los Angeles. From there, it crosses the Pacific Ocean to Tokyo and arrives in Singapore in early March.
The ship launches three- and four-night cruises from Singapore as the first Disney Cruise Line ship designed specifically for the Asian market.
Disney Adventure is part of Disney Cruise Line's multi-year expansion plan. The fleet will grow to 13 ships by 2031.
The expansion includes:
- A fourth Wish-class ship in 2027
- A new ship class starting in 2029
- Disney cruise vacations in Japan beginning in 2029, through a partnership with Oriental Land Co., Ltd.
Disney Adventure draws from Disney, Marvel, and Pixar stories spanning more than 100 years. The ship features attractions like Marvel Landing's Groot Galaxy Spin and Ironcycle Test Run, Disney Cruise Line's first roller coaster.
The vessel includes rotational dining restaurants like Navigator's Club, Animator's Palate, and Enchanted Summer Restaurant. Retail locations include World of Disney, a National Geographic Store, and a dedicated Duffy and Friends Shop.
At 208,000 gross tons, Disney Adventure is the largest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
