Annual Passholders planning a Christmas visit to Magic Kingdom may need to adjust their plans. As of today, December 25 2025 is now at capacity for Passholder Park Reservations, closing off the ability to book the park on Christmas Day.
Magic Kingdom Sold Out for Regular Ticket Holders Dec. 24-31
Alongside the Passholder reservation fill-up, Magic Kingdom is now at capacity for single day theme park tickets from December 24 through December 31.
What This Means for Guests
- Annual Passholders can still visit Magic Kingdom on other December dates, but December 25 is no longer an option unless they arrive after 2 pm or start at another park and hop over.
- Park Hopping rules remain in effect, but hopping to Magic Kingdom during these high-demand days is not guaranteed and may become restricted when the park is at or near capacity.
A Historically Busy Week at Magic Kingdom
The final stretch of December consistently sees some of the highest attendance of the year, with Christmas week often reaching reservation capacity early. The combination of special entertainment offerings, late-night operating hours, and the lead-up to New Year's Eve makes this the most in-demand time for visits.
Magic Kingdom also hosts two nightly performances of Fantasy in the Sky on December 30 and 31, attracting large crowds.
