Annual Passholders looking to ring in the new year at Magic Kingdom may need to make alternate plans - December 31 2025 is now at capacity for Passholder Park Reservations.
This update comes shortly after Christmas Day also filled for Passholders, which is typical of the high-demand holiday season at Walt Disney World.
New Year's Eve consistently draws some of the largest crowds of the year, thanks to late-night operating hours and the park's signature Fantasy in the Sky fireworks, performed at 11:50 p.m. on both December 30 and December 31.
The reservation closure means:
- Passholders cannot reserve Magic Kingdom as their starting park on Dec. 31.
- Park Hopping into Magic Kingdom that night is not guaranteed, but based on previous years wil llikely be possible.
- Other parks remain available for Passholders at this time, but more dates may fill as New Year's approaches.
Combined with regular single-day tickets being sold out for late December, the booking trends indicate another extremely busy holiday week ahead.
