Disney has released the complete food and beverage menus for the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, running January 16 through February 23.
The festival brings Food Studios throughout the park with more than 40 new items alongside returning favorites.
World Celebration and World Discovery
Opening Bites adds Southern Tier Brewing Co. Caramel Cookie Bar Imperial Stout. Connections Eatery debuts BBQ Chicken Pizza and Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich.
The Deconstructed Dish features new Deconstructed Key Lime Pie with key lime curd and toasted meringue.
Figment's Inspiration Station offers Popcorn, Popcorn Chicken and Waffles with rainbow popcorn, plus Color Scheme Cake topped with SKITTLES freeze-dried candy. New hard ciders include Orange Cream and Strawberry Banana.
Fictional Victuals debuts a three-chapter menu including grilled oysters, roasted turkey with onion-bacon custard tart, and Earl Grey Tea Chocolate Pot de Crème. The Upside Down Shake features yellow cake soft-serve with English Breakfast Tea.
World Showcase
El Artista Hambriento adds Chile Relleno Taco with seared beef tenderloin, Tostada de Cangrejo with lump crab, and Passion Fruit Paleta.
The Artist's Table at The American Adventure features an entirely new menu: Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad, Peppercorn-crusted Striploin, and Dark Chocolate Torte.
Goshiki offers fish-shaped Taiyaki pastry, Tokyo Kawaii Roll with crispy shrimp, and Wagyu Bun. New beverages include a Sake Flight with peach, mango, and strawberry flavors.
L'Art de la Cuisine Française presents crab cake with lobster bisque and a chocolate-orange éclair.
Additional Highlights
Pop Eats adds Croque Monsieur-inspired Grilled Cheese with Black Forest ham and Gruyère.
Swirled Showcase introduces Liquid Nitrogen Minnie Cake Pop with cotton candy sponge cake.
