Disney has announced a refurbishment of The Turf Club Bar & Grill and The Turf Club Lounge at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. The work runs from mid-March through mid-September 2026.

The closure schedule is staggered, so there will always be some level of dining available during the project.

Here's what to expect:

  • Early April through early August: The Turf Club Lounge closes. The Turf Club Bar & Grill stays open with a pop-up bar and modified menu.
  • Early to mid-August: The Turf Club patio closes.
  • Mid-August through mid-September: The Turf Club Bar & Grill closes. The Turf Club Lounge reopens and remains open.

Disney has not announced what the refurbishment involves, but both venues are expected to fully reopen by mid-September 2026.

Current Menu

Before the refurbishment begins, The Turf Club Bar & Grill is currently serving its regular dinner menu. It's a steakhouse-style lineup with a few highlights worth noting.

Several items feature produce grown at The Land Pavilion at EPCOT, including the wedge salad, the Turf Club Burger, and the tempura-fried Hen of the Wood Mushroom.

Appetizers range from $11 to $19 and include French onion soup, golden-fried calamari, sautéed shrimp, and an onion ring tower.

Entrées run from $25 to $39 and cover a range of options:

  • Slow-roasted Prime Rib with baked potato and red wine reduction - $39
  • Char-grill New York Strip Steak with seasoned French fries - $39
  • Smoked Salmon-wrapped Halibut with seasonal risotto and citrus beurre blanc - $36
  • Pappardelle Scallop Pasta with caramelized scallops and truffle sauce - $35
  • Bourbon-Apple Glazed Pork Chop with braised red cabbage and mashed potatoes - $33
  • Buttermilk-fried Herb Chicken with mashed potatoes and herb gravy - $29
  • Tempura-fried Hen of the Wood Mushroom with seared tofu and vegetable fricassée - $26
  • Turf Club Burger with applewood-smoked bacon and New York white cheddar - $25

Desserts are priced from $10 to $12 and include a signature chocolate cake with Chambord panna cotta, New York-style cheesecake with cherry compote, salted caramel crème brûlée, and a seasonal cobbler.

Never a bad choice. 😃 I just wish their bourbons weren't so over-priced. Maybe prices will start coming down now that the hipsters and "collectors" are moving on to other things.

Everytime I walk up to a TS at Springs I ask myself “will this be better than Polite Pig?” And then I turn around and go there.

What from Disney Springs would you want this to compete with? Admittedly, we have not dined at all of the TS locations at Springs over the years, but those we have eaten at have been average. Not bad by any means, just nothing which knocked our socks off. My wife said her steak at STK was, direct quote - “The worst steak I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant” (I wasn’t there for that one).

Not low quality at all...more like mediocre quality, but I would like to see this restaurant be more competitive with restaurants across the water at Disney Springs.

I agree menu looked good as of recent, but had yet to actually go, was hoping to in June but not if its a cut down menu. If they do that they should just close, thats TDO nickel diming. I know its not the most exciting place but always looked enjoyable. Maybe that poster has more opinion.

The menu looked pretty good to me - I actually didn’t even know this place existed. I thought it was just a bar where golfers hung out. Was your experience that the food itself was low quality? Poor preparation?

Will the Turf Club refurb include a menu upgrade? Particularly in quality?

I’m worried about this one. It has such a cozy and fitting vibe. Updates are fine but please don’t make it a bland white generic box.

Was planning to go in June finally, looks like it will be open but with a modified (meaning neutered down menu) and if a construction zone I guess not the best choice or worth it.

Lovely laid-back atmosphere with great staff. We spent many evenings enjoying this lounge and meeting new people.

This. 👆 A great place to grab a pour of Disney’s Kn*b Creek barrel pick and enjoy it on the patio. (Edited to get the censored word back because it doesn’t make sense without it 🤣)

Once upon a time, when the seating was upholstered sofas and the pool table was unknown to the rest of the world, it was a very civilized place to have a few drinks before taking the boat to Disney Springs. The best thing was that it didn't push sugar-loaded, cranberry-infused, maple-bacon-loaded cocktails. Just good wines, decent spirits, and OK non-alcoholic drinks for those too young to imbibe booze.

Dear WDI: please don’t paint it all white, here’s an idea to get you started

I'm hopeful it means Saratoga Springs will finally have a real bar. I tend to visit the bars around Walt Disney World more than the average person, and that one is kind of a joke.
