The refurbishment project at STK Orlando is now complete, and the restaurant’s newly enclosed upper-level terrace is open to guests.

Located on the side of the restaurant facing the Springs, the space now offers guests a fully covered dining area with views overlooking the water. The enclosure features sliding roof panels that can be opened or closed depending on the weather, along with built-in heaters to keep the space comfortable during cooler evenings.

Patios like this were a godsend during the pandemic - now obviously they're much less useful. Question is if STK will actually see more people willing to book once they add the new indoor space, or not. Given the current economic conditions (and outlook), I think they're hoping more than seeing a path...
