Disney has added an official web page for Six Ravens at Disney Springs, filling in several menu details that were not previously announced.
While the Coffyn hand pies and the general concept of potatoes, desserts, and local beer were already announced, the Disney page adds specifics not previously confirmed:
- Potato-based sides will be served with dipping sauces, specifically sweet heat and honey mustard
- Desserts will take the form of tarts
- Root beer on tap will be available alongside local draft beer
The Concept
Disney describes Six Ravens as "a modern take on delicious medieval eats." The Coffyn — a house-made yeast roll fully encasing sandwich-style fillings — remains the centerpiece, with recipes developed by Gideon's kitchen and collaborating Central Florida chefs and restaurants.
The page also provides more context on the name and dish. Six Ravens references the Tower of London and the legend of its resident ravens said to guard the tower. The Coffyn name comes from a pastry popular in medieval Europe that remained in use through the English Tudor period in the early 1600s.
Opening Timeline
A summer 2026 opening remains confirmed, with no specific date or month announced.
The addition of an official Disney listing typically means an opening is drawing closer. The exterior of the building is largely complete, with signage still to be installed.
